Shop By Category
You can shop by category by clicking on the links on the left under “Shopping Categories ”, or by clicking on any of the drop-down menus at the top. On clicking the category name, you will be presented with all the products from that group. If you can not find a particular product for a category, simply email us and we will do our best to try to stock the product for you.

Searching For Products
Our search function only works for searches on ingredients.  This makes it easier to find products that may contain ingredients you wish to avoid, ie. some of our customers are sensitive to aloe vera and almond oil even though they are natural.

Recommend to a Friend
You can recommend any of our products to your friends by clicking on the 'Email a Friend' link on the product pages. In the window that appears, you can provide your name, email and friend's name and email. Type any message for your friend and click "Recommend". We'll gladly send your message with a link to that recommended page to your friend.

Methods Of Ordering

You can order from our website 24 hours a day and we take telephone orders by arrangement as we work irregular hours.

Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.

Place An Order
Placing an order is simple. Simply navigate our site to the products you want and when you've chosen the item, click the 'Buy Now' button. You'll then be forwarded to our cart page where you can either checkout immediately or continue shopping

Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed and is in transit you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund or credit unless the product was shipped directly to you from one of our overseas suppliers.

Returns Policy

Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally despatched within 2 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by email or fax. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and your card will be refunded minus the processing fee that Worldpay charges us.

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-

When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive 2000, you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched.

You must contact us by email to inform us that you would like to make a return and to be given the address.  We recommend you get proof of posting which is free from the Post Office.  There will be no refund of any postage costs.  Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Refunds (minus the processing fee Worldpay charges us) will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
We do not accept the return of samples.

None of the above returns policy definitions affect your statutory rights.

Coupon Redemption
If you have a coupon, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout process. Simply enter the coupon number and hit "Submit". You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.

Create An Account
Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "My Account " at the top of the page. From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. If you do not wish to create an account with us, but wish to have your information stored for future orders, simply click the "remember me" option at the bottom of the billing/shipping page. The next time you come to our site, your billing and shipping information will be pre-filled for you! In order to take advantage of this feature, you must have your "cookies" enabled on your computer.

Forgot Username or Password
If you forgot your username or password, simply go to the "My Account " screen and choose "Forgot my password". You will then be able to enter your email address and we will email you your username and password within a few minutes.

Edit Account Information
If you wish to edit your account information, simply click the "My Account" button located at the top of the page. Enter your email address and password then click the "Sign In" button. Click on the "Update Your Profile" button and change any information you wish to change then click the "Update Profile " button located at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

View Past Orders
To View your past orders, log into your account and click the link on the welcome page.

Delivery

How long does my order take to arrive?
This is totally dependant on Royal Mail but orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receipt. 

Please note that we do not despatch goods over the weekend so the next working day would be Monday (excluding bank holidays).


International Delivery
We ship internationally. Just add products to the cart to see the shipping cost.
